I am Kenya Youngblood born and raised in Shelby,  NC by two working class parents Dockery and Jenelle. I'm the youngest of three and the most adventurous of them. I grew up with some of the same struggles as most. My parents divorced when I was in elementary school so adjusting I'm very familiar with. The things I thought I wanted to do became a memory. What I'm becoming is accentuating who I truly am. I've worked as a cna and a part time photographer at the beginning of my adult hood while raising two girls. This teen mom married then divorced. During that time I acquired my greatest strengths through my hardest struggles. My life alone is most definitely the reason I can shed a light on survival, overcoming and still being pretty.
